Norming PSA was recommended in August 2019 to replace the existing ERP system due to the lack of project management functionalities.  Norming PSA was put into operation in April 2020 to manage the key business process, including:

3. Sales Quotation and Contract Approval;
4. Project Initation Request and Approval;
5. Project Activities Scheduling;
6. Project Resource Planning and Assignement;
7. Project Deliverables Tracking and Approval:
8. Employee Timesheet Entry and Approval;
9. Employee Expense Entry and Approval;
10. Project Costing and Billing Process;

The HR-related process was also implemented in the Norming PSA system, including:
1. Employee Relationship Management;
2. Attendance and Leave Tracking;
3. Payroll and Benefit Calculation.
